• Ensuring your account information is accurate and up to date.
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You agree not to use ReplySpark to:

• Post spam, harassment, hate speech, or illegal content through automated replies.
• Violate YouTube's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data.
• Use the service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our servers or networks.

By connecting your YouTube channel, you grant ReplySpark permission to access your channel data and post comments on your behalf via the YouTube Data API. You can revoke this permission at any time through your Google Account settings. You acknowledge that YouTube's Terms of Service apply to all actions taken through our platform.

Some features of ReplySpark require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to the pricing and billing terms displayed at the time of purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

You retain ownership of all content posted through your YouTube channel. ReplySpark does not claim any ownership rights over your videos, comments, or channel data. We may use anonymized data to improve our AI services.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may also delete your account at any time through your settings.

ReplySpark is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of YouTube channel access, revenue, or data.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of ReplySpark after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
